Gloucester Housing Corporation is a not for profit organization that was developed in the 1980’s in response to a need for affordable housing in the city of Gloucester, now part of the city of Ottawa. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board manages a number of policy committees including finance, property, and human resources.
Gloucester Housing Corporation is funded by our rental income, City of Ottawa, the Province of Ontario, and the Government of Canada.

I truly enjoyed and loved my time there, raising my daughter and the friends that I have made throughout my tenancy at Fine Cres.
I would have stayed but felt it was time to move on and give the opportunity for someone else who may have been in the sames shoes I was 25 years ago. Single, 17 year old Mom, who needed a safe, clean and stable place to raise her child. Gloucester Housing was that for me, and is that for many other families.
